Jack Ratchtar is the CEO & Managing Director of GT Next Technology, where he pioneers his transformative vision to reshape the retail landscape in Thailand and SEAA. Jack founded GT Next Technology to create a comprehensive value chain that enhances value for both customers and principal partners.

Jack holds an MBA in Accounting from the University of Tennessee at Martin and has deep expertise in finance and strategic planning. With over 18 years of experience in consumer goods and B2B eCommerce, he has achieved significant success, driving strong growth and meeting targets as General Manager at GroNext Technologies Thailand and Sales Director at Unilever Thailand.

Natthaporn is GT Next Technology’s Head of Business Development and Principal Strategy Lead with on-hand experience and deep understanding in FMCG traditional trade market and retail business.

Previously at Unilever, as GT Head of Business Development, she drove growth through strategic planning and innovative route-to-market approaches, leading a high-performing team to revolutionize general trade and enhance distributor profitability. She advanced her career as Global Route-to-Market Project Lead at Unilever Indonesia, spearheaded B2B e-commerce initiatives and established effective governance structures for digital selling hubs across the SEAA Cluster.

Pantila is Head of Growth & Strategy at GT Next Technology, she leads transformative initiatives for Thailand’s largest FMCG distributor in eastern region, enhancing product offerings and streamlining digital adoption process from prospecting to conversion.

With her experience at Unilever as Customer Marketing Manager, she pioneered new route-to-market models with pharmaceutical stores and beauty kiosks, and revitalizing sales representatives by training a top-tier beauty team. Her strategic work included developing impactful market strategies for beauty category, leading insightful sales research, and driving innovative e-commerce solutions through Telesales.

Kannika is the Head of Managerial Finance at GT Next Technology, with over 15 years of experience in finance and controlling. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Chulalongkorn University and certifications from Columbia Business School and the London School of Business and Finance.

Kannika has led transformative projects at Beiersdorf, Unilever, Mitrphol Group, Osotspa, and PTT Group, and as Accenture consultant for CP All and Unilever across six countries. Her expertise includes business process design, accounting, budget control, supply chain finance, management control, ERP implementation, and change management, with a proven track record in digital transformation.

Rujinun, based in Singapore, is the Head of PMO at GT Next Technology and has over 10 years of project management experience. Previously at Unilever Thailand, she led projects from requirement gathering to successful go-live, ensuring minimal operational impact and improved process on operation.

Rujinun specializes in project governance and uses techniques like WBS, Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban. Her skills in strategic planning, risk management, and performance monitoring has led to the delivery of all the projects she has been involved in, on budget and on time.

Deepak is the Technology Solution & Development Head at GT Next Technology, bringing over 20 years of expertise as a SAP Technical Architect across automotive, paper, and FMCG industries. ​

At Unilever Thailand, he drove significant advancements by implementing and enhancing the Distributor Management system on IS-Retail. His leadership extended across Southeast Asia, where he managed SAP system rollouts in Unilever Vietnam and the Philippines as the onsite SPOC for deployments. As Technical Manager, Deepak provided technical leadership for the Unilever Marketplace implementation in Thailand, showcasing his ability to handle complex projects and deliver transformative solutions that drive industry innovation.
